As an evolution of this partnership, Vertech and Sonomatic are excited to announce that we will become part of the same family with Sonomatic’s parent company acquiring a majority shareholding in Vertech group which incorporates Vertech, Geo Oceans and Vertech New Zealand.
Vertech will continue to benefit from influence and support from Global energy group who remains a shareholder and we are grateful for their foresight and vision in allowing this strategic divestment which enables both businesses to realise their true potential and provide an offering the market has been craving.
Both entities will operate as separate businesses with the difference being an aligned vision, strategy and delivery model which will provide our customers with scale while still receiving the personal focus, a combined technology and innovation focus that has always galvanised both businesses along with an unrivalled service offering in the region.
The bringing together of the services and specialisations provided by Vertech, Geo Oceans and Sonomatic couldn’t be more complimentary or interlink more seamlessly with a combined offering including rope and alternative access, subsea inspection, Mini ROV’s, conventional and advanced NDT, Integrity services and specialist maintenance packages all within one group.
