CWL Capital is a private equity company designed to formalise and elevate the Group’s investment strategies and objectives. With a focus on leveraging the collective skills and expertise across our Group, CWL Capital aims to create internal growth opportunities while attracting top-tier business leaders and emerging talents to our Group across several sectors and regions worldwide. Spearheading this exciting venture is Tom Brennan, a seasoned leader whose contributions have been instrumental in the remarkable growth and success of Vertech Group over the past decade.
Currently serving as the Managing Director of Vertech Group, Tom will bring his exceptional leadership and strategic vision to his new role as the head of CWL Capital, instilling confidence in the company’s ability to achieve remarkable success and drive significant growth opportunities for the Group.
As Tom transitions into his new role, we are excited to introduce Cameron Waters as the new Managing Director of Vertech Group. Cameron brings extensive experience in the Inspection, Engineering, and Maintenance sectors. Most recently, he served as the Executive General Manager of a tier 1 maintenance provider. Before this role, Cameron spent over 30 years at a global integrity company, holding various senior global positions, including Regional Director for Asia Pacific. Cameron’s expertise in delivering comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance services makes him a key asset in driving Vertech Group towards its next phase of growth and success.
