The Ichthys Field is an offshore gas condensate discovery in the Browse Basin, consisting in two gas-condensate reservoirs; an upper reservoir (Brewster) and a lower reservoir (Plover).
Vertech Group was engaged to perform NDT services throughout the subsea development of multiple wells.
Ichthys Gas Field Development Phase 2a comprises the development of nine Brewster wells and three Early Plover Production (EPP) wells. An active contract with McDermott for this project includes conventional NDT such as MPI, ECI, or UT on Vessel Sea fastenings, Onsite and offsite Load Testing Services, Rigging and lifting equipment certified visual inspections, and management of compliance to code regionally, within the metro area and offshore.
