NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Vertech has a wealth of conventional and advanced NDT experience, providing a full suite of accredited NDT services, recommendations, and solutions to ensure compliance with international and Australian standards. The National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) has certified Vertech Group to ISO 17025 as an NDT inspection body. Our NDT inspection personnel are highly qualified, skilled, and experienced in applying various conventional and advanced inspection methods to marine structures.

REMOTE DIGITAL VISUAL INSPECTION (RDVI)

Vertech’s RDVI Execution Team provides complete end-to-end integrity and inspection service using the latest robotics and camera systems. Our RDVI technicians have a wide variety of inspection experience and are specifically trained across the full suite of RDVI technologies, allowing them to assess each situation and apply the correct tooling to pressure systems, tanks, and voids, removing the requirement for confined space entry.

IN-WATER INSPECTION

We have become a leading Mini-ROV and AUV Marine Class inspection provider through our subsidiary company, Geo Oceans. Backed by a team of industry experts and a suite of cutting-edge software solutions, we can deliver our client’s best-in-class remotely operated underwater inspection results. Geo Oceans’ award-winning marine class technology has seen us complete diver-less and unmanned inspections, including UWILDs, ballast tank inspections, in-water surveys, and mooring chains driving significant safety, time, and cost benefits.

LIFTING EQUIPMENT INSPECTION

Our highly skilled, multi-disciplined lifting team provides comprehensive inspection and maintenance services for lifting & hoisting equipment (V-LIFT Package). We are NATA accredited, have an in-house competency program, and give our inspectors additional NDT, LEEA, and API 2c & 2d crane inspection training. Our team will work with our clients to implement a framework supported by ViiPER to effectively manage the gaps usually encountered in ineffective lifting gear management systems.

Our people hold qualifications such as IRATA rope access, confined space entry (CSE), gas test atmosphere, long-line breathing apparatus (BA), and advanced first aid certification, leaving our clients’ site implementation teams to deliver their shutdown activities with the confidence that they have the best in the industry available to respond in any situation.
